throughout the game at every level. Haslemere Town Youth Football Club believes
that football belongs to, and should be enjoyed by, anyone who wants to participate
in it. The Football Association and Haslemere Town Youth Football Club are
committed to eliminating discrimination of all category, whether for reason of
gender, race, religion or any other.

Haslemere Town Youth Football Club is also committed to promoting equality by
treating people fairly and with respect, by recognizing that inequalities may exist and
by taking steps to address them. Haslemere Town Youth Football Club are a Sport

The aim of this policy is to ensure that everyone is treated fairly and with respect, that
Haslemere Town Youth Football Club is equally accessible to each individual.
Haslemere Town Youth Football Club is responsible for setting standards and values
to apply throughout the club at every level. An individual has the right to enjoy
his/her football. Our commitment is to confront and eliminate discrimination,
whether by reason of gender, race, religion, disability or any other. Haslemere Town
Youth Football club shall encourage equal opportunities and this policy is fully
supported by the Members of Haslemere Town Youth Football Club for the
implementation of this policy.

Haslemere Town Youth Football Club in all of its activities, shall not discriminate nor
treat any person less favourably on grounds of any of the aforementioned categories.
This therefore means that Haslemere Town Youth Football Club will ensure that it
treats people with respect, that it will provide access and opportunities for all
members of the community to take part and to enjoy its activities.

Bullying, abusive or victimization of an individual shall not be tolerated by Haslemere
Town Youth Football Club. The purpose of this policy and the actions and sanction
applicable regards such behavior as discrimination. This includes sexual or racial
based harassment or other discriminary behavior, whether physical or verbal.
Haslemere Town Youth Football Club will work to ensure that such behavior is met
with the appropriate action in whatever context it occurs.

Haslemere Town Youth Football Club is committed to taking a positive and proactive
action where any inequalities exist. The club is committed towards the development
of a programme of ongoing training and awareness raising activities and events. It is
deemed appropriate and important in order to promote the eradication of
