Surrey FA workshops for 14-25 year olds

The Football Futures Programme:

This programme is the FA’s Volunteering Programme for Young People aged 14 – 25. The aim of the programme is to develop, support and reward young people that are interested in getting involved in leadership and volunteering. Volunteers can be recognised and rewarded for volunteering against any of the 6 Football Futures themes – Coaching, Refereeing, Organising Events, Running and Developing the game, Promoting the Game and Promoting the RESPECT programme.

Once enrolled onto the programme, there are a number of events and training opportunities that you will be invited to including the Young Leader’s Camp and all Surrey FA run events. You could volunteer for your school or college by running a Team 16 /Team 19 League within your school or college or we could put you in touch with your local football club for you to volunteer as an assistant coach, referee or get involved in the administration & running/development of the club.
