Good season ends with a defeat

Despite a disappointing final league game this has been a good season for the Under 13's

Haslemere started brightly and with both teams looking to get forward an exiting game was on the cards. However once Beecholme scored an avoidable opener they dominated the rest of the game. The intensity, seen in the last few games, was lacking from Haslemere's play and Beecholme took full advantage. Katya tried to inject some urgency with some good tackling and made a couple of runs from deep but Haslemere rarely threatened the away team goal. The second goal was a fantastic strike from the Beecholme captain who was the best player on show. Haslemere allowed her time and space and she was again influential in the third goal. The second half was a bit error strewn and one to forget as Haslemere fell to a 3 - 0 defeat.

Overall the girls have performed very well this season and can look forward to next season with confidence.
